Is possible, each student should finish English 9 Ethnic Studies with a digital writing portfolio created through Google Sites. This can be done throughout the year, or it could be done during Unit 6 as the student's final.
Have students type up and post on their own digital portfolio/website writing projects. These projects can be formal essays, poems, drawings, or other creative or academic work.
The final unit offers a great opportunity for students to practice different writing styles with a novel of their choice. There are numerous options available on the Unit 6: Book Groups page.
