Writing Dialogue

At least two characters speaking
A clear source of conflict, tension, or emotional weight
Dialogue that feels natural but reveals deeper layers (motivation, fear, desire)
Use of interruptions, silence, hesitation, or subtext where appropriate
You do not need to include full action or setting descriptions, but make sure:
We know where they are
The dialogue flows like a real, purposeful conversation
The scene has an arc; things shift or change by the end
